Ⅱ.a) FILING OF APPLICATION 申請

The fees includes professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form and POA, filing the application and reporting filing particulars.
此費(fèi)用包括協(xié)助申請人選擇申請類別﹑準(zhǔn)備和提交申請﹑繳付官方費(fèi)用以及報(bào)告申請資料。

b) REGISTRATION & ADVERTISEMENT登報(bào)及注冊費(fèi) (for one trademark one class) $4，125

The fees includes professional service fees of reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette, paying official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此費(fèi)用包括報(bào)告公告的許可通知﹑辦理公告事宜﹑報(bào)告獲準(zhǔn)注冊通知﹑領(lǐng)取及寄上注冊證書以及繳付官方費(fèi)用。請注意，由于公告時(shí)官方費(fèi)用是按照公告篇幅的大小而收取，因此費(fèi)用可能因個(gè)別案件而不同。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期為十年。

Ⅲ . MISC. ( Additional Service Charges 額外服務(wù))

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辯費(fèi)用( simple argument per case) $4，125-$13，750

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費(fèi)用只限于一般申辯及會因?yàn)榘讣膹?fù)雜程度而有所調(diào)整。另涉及法院程序的案件會根據(jù)個(gè)別顧問的費(fèi)用而定，我方將會預(yù)先通知。

b) Change of Address/Name of Applicant 更換申請人名稱或地址 $16,500
此費(fèi)用包括提交文件﹑繳付官方費(fèi)用及公證費(fèi)，以及寄上更改啟示。

B． Procedure for applying trade mark registration 商標(biāo)注冊申請的程序
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具顯著性的文字﹑圖案或文字加圖案的標(biāo)記均可申請注冊。

Ⅱ. An availability search is usually recommended to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class. There are totally 45 classes with up to 10 designed goods or services. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標(biāo)。查詢后再分類為最多十項(xiàng)指定物品或服務(wù)，總共有45類。費(fèi)用為有效期十年。之后可在到期日或之前，續(xù)期十年。

Ⅲ. After the filing of the application, the Registry will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement, then the application will be granted by the examiner and the Registry will require the applicant to advertise the trademark. If no opposition to the application is filed in 3 months time, the Registry will grant the application and issue the certificate. The time span from filing to obtaining a trademark will normally take approximately 12-18 months.
提交申請后，商標(biāo)注冊署審查員會對申請作出審查。如申請合乎商標(biāo)法條例及沒有抵觸其他注冊或已申請注冊的商標(biāo)，注冊署會發(fā)出公告許可證及列明商標(biāo)獲準(zhǔn)注冊所須遵辦的條件。如在公告日期起計(jì)之3個(gè)月內(nèi)沒有人提出反對，申請人將于12至18個(gè)月后便可申領(lǐng)注冊證書。
